About a week and a half ago, the parking lot gate was not working properly in our parking lot and it fell upon Dr. Frederic Malmberg’s car. It is my understanding that Dr. Malmberg brought his car to your shop. You repaired the damage to the paint on the roof and when he brought it back, you buffed it and “made the repair just perfect.” What was even more amazing, you did not charge him but wrote the work off for “having a slow day.”

Both Dr. Malmberg and I are extremely impressed with your professionalism, both work-wise and people-wise. It is certainly refreshing, especially in these times where corporate greed seems to be the norm rather than the exception. Now I know where to refer people who need good auto body work.

Dear Brad:

This letter is to thank you most sincerely for the gracious help you provided me with my 1999 Honda Civic on two occasions.

On the first occasion, you took my car during a very snowy two weeks, when your workload was already full, in order that I could make my deadlines, a niece’s wedding in Boston and an imminent move of household (which eventually did not transpire).

On the second occasion, you made good a spoiled paint job from the previous accident – a paint job that was spoiled when Auto Glass Technology of York, PA replaced both of my windshields.

Not only did you make good the spoiled paint job with no questions asked, you repaired a bumper sleeve at no extra cost! You also made a “rental” car available to me (at no charge!) for 21/2 days so that I could continue to maintain my daily routine. I believe that is called going the extra “ten” miles.

Therefore I wish to commend you and your staff, especially Christi and Michelle for the courtesy, competence, good cheer and carefulness with which you handled both situations and for the excellence of Pritz’s workmanship.
